About Us
IGNITECH3D is a 3D printing workshop based in Saint-Jacques-de-Leeds, in Chaudière-Appalaches. We design and manufacture custom parts for businesses, individuals, and creators, from functional technical parts to decorative objects.
A Fleet of Nine Machines
Our workshop has nine printers: eight FDM machines of different sizes and one resin printer. This diversity is no accident. A 40-centimeter mechanical part and a 5-centimeter figurine aren’t made on the same machine, and we’d rather have the right tool than compromise on your part.
Our newest machines handle technical materials and multicolor printing. The largest available build volume reaches 400 × 400 × 500 mm, which lets us print a helmet, a fairing, or a housing as a single piece, with no cutting or gluing.
The Right Material for the Right Job
We print in PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, and nylon, as well as resin. Material choice isn’t a formality — it’s often what separates a part that lasts from one that breaks after three months.
A part left outdoors year-round isn’t made from the same plastic as a living-room object. A bracket subject to vibration doesn’t have the same needs as a display stand. We advise you based on the part’s real-world use, not on whichever material prints fastest.
Three Types of Projects
For Businesses — prototypes, replacement parts, assembly jigs, shop tooling, and custom enclosures. We also reproduce parts that are no longer manufactured, from a sample or a drawing.
For Individuals — light fixtures, wall panels, storage solutions, personalized gifts, and decorative objects, with the option to print multiple colors on the same piece.
For Creators — helmets, armor, cosplay accessories, and detailed figurines, where resin delivers a level of finesse that FDM can’t match.
Production for Manufacturing
3D printing is no longer just for prototypes. Our parts go into production in manufacturing settings: assembly jigs, wear parts, and components whose volume doesn’t justify a mold.
That’s where the technology becomes genuinely interesting for a factory. No tooling to pay off, no minimum order, and a design revision shows up in the very next part instead of a six-week wait. For a need of a few dozen or a few hundred parts a year, injection molding doesn’t make sense. 3D printing does.
And when a part needs to change — because the workstation evolved, because the operator found a better way — we change it. That’s a flexibility traditional tooling can’t offer.
Audrey et Thierry
IGNITECH3D is a small Québec business run by two people. Audrey handles the visual side — collections, presentation of the creations, and the customer experience. Thierry brings the technical expertise: manufacturing, mechanics, electronics, and 3D printing.
This division explains how we work. A part has to function — and it has to look good too. We don’t sacrifice either one.
We Also Design Our Own Models
Beyond print-on-demand work, we develop our own designs and sell them as ready-to-print files: yarn bowls, geometric wall decor, coasters, planters, and figurines.
Every model follows the same process: concept development, 3D modeling, mesh cleanup and correction, checking in slicing software, then a test print when the part needs physical validation. That’s the same rigor we apply to your projects.

How We Work
You don’t need a 3D file to talk to us about your project. A photo, a sketch, a drawing, or just an explanation is enough to get started. If modeling is needed, we handle it.
You then receive a quote with the recommended material, turnaround time, and price, before any commitment on your part.
